Read the Following about receiving your new Complete. Adjustments To Completes: Always check and tighten the nuts before you ride and especially when you receive a new board since the nuts may loosen during shipment. You need to make sure they are secure when you receive your complete. Even though all the hardware is self-locking and should stay snug, check it regularly anyway. Adjusting your trucks' king pin nuts will help your board turn to your liking, this is done by tightening (harder to turn, more stable) or loosening (easy to turn but unstable at high speeds) the nut till the board performs the way you like it. Break in: You got to break it in, and that goes for all completes at first, trucks feel sticky, sometimes to one side more then the other or that the wheels don't set even, this is normal and wont last long depending on how much you ride. This break in is necessary due to the new urethane bushings in the trucks. The bushings will take time to break in, depending on the amount of use the trucks receive. Also, wheels should have a slight bit of "play" without being loose.
